Kostevo operates state-of-the-art manufacturing units in Rabale and Uttarshiv, each equipped to deliver precision machining and high-quality fabrication. Our Rabale Manufacturing Unit spans a spacious 1,500 square meters, purposefully designed to facilitate efficient and precise assembly for specialized applications. Equipped with eight advanced high-tech machines—such as CNC lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, and grinding machines
our facility is well-prepared for complex manufacturing needs. Ensuring the utmost accuracy, we employ a comprehensive range of precision measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to meet exacting standards in every component we produce.
The Uttar Shiv Manufacturing Unit spans an area of 1,700 square meters, providing a dedicated space for specialized manufacturing processes. This facility focuses on the assembly of multiple parts to create final products tailored for specific applications.
Equipped with up to 10 cutting-edge machines, including specialized equipment, the unit is designed to enhance efficiency and precision in production. The layout accommodates unique manufacturing processes, allowing for flexibility and customization to meet diverse client needs.
